Megan Moroney Reveals She’s Currently Single While Admitting “I’ve Always Had Bad Taste In Men”

While appearing on the cover of Rolling Stone’s Future of Music series, Megan Moroney revealed to the publication that she has been single for nearly a year, after her last relationship with a “regular finance dude” didn’t work out. “I feel like I’ve always had bad taste in men,” she admits. “I don’t know if this song will make my next album, but an opening line is ‘I know how to pick them.’” The “Tennessee Orange” singer is keeping her options open, but she says being single while her music career has taken off is actually for the best. “I could not imagine going through the past year if I was upset and crying over a dude,” she said. Moroney’s ascent will certainly continue in 2025, as the reigning CMA New Artist of the Year is set to embark on her headlining Am I Okay? Tour next week, and will receive the Rulebreaker Award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards on March 29. (People)
