SALUTE TO DUCK DYNASTY RULES FROM THE BLUE WAHOOS AND TOM THUMB

AUGUST 13, 2013

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must 18 years of age or older as of August 13, 2013
2. Employees of Cumulus Broadcasting, Tom Thumb Food Stores, The Blue Wahoos, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.  Only ONE qualifier per household.
3. WXBM will sign up participants beginning at 5pm thru the end of the third inning.  Judges will score each entrant and choose a winner for the $500 Tom Thumb gift card.
4. All other entrants will be judged and an additional five (5) contestants will be selected to participate in a contest at the end of the fourth inning to participate in a contest TBD.  Winner of that contest will receive a $250 Tom Thumb gift card.
5.  Qualified entrants get a $25 Tom Thumb gift card.  Qualified entrants will be bearded (real or costume beards) for males and females dressed similar to Duck Dynasty female characters.  Qualified entrants are determined by judges and their decision is final.
6. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prize based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
7. In participating, all entrants acknowledges that Cumulus  Broadcasting, WXBM, Tom Thumb and/or The Blue Wahoos have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and, if applicable, the fact that you are a winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
8. These rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WXBM, 6565 North W Street,  Pensacola Florida.  Contest rules will also be posted on www.wxbm.com
9. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Cumulus Broadcasting, WXBM, Tom Thumb and the Blue Wahoos accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
10. The station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.
11. This contest is not affiliated with Duck Dynasty, A&E Television, Duck Commander or any other associated company. All trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.
12. Cumulus Broadcasting, WXBM, Tom Thumb, and the Blue Wahoos reserve the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as start and/or end a contest at anytime. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering a station contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final.
