Morgan Wallen was awarded CMA Entertainer of the Year during the recent CMA Awards, but the country superstar wasn’t in attendance at the ceremony to personally receive the night’s biggest award. The singer has now finally broken his silence after winning the award and conspicuously missing the CMAs. Wallen shared an exclusive video with a select group of attendees at his record-breaking One Night At A Time Tour, with the star offering a short but sincere message that failed to even mention the CMAs. “I just wanted to say thank you personally and give you an opportunity to have something cool at the same time,” Wallen shared. “I’m working. I’m taking a little time for myself but I’m working also. Can’t wait to get back out there and see y’all at some point next year.” Wallen’s next scheduled US show is his curated inaugural Sand In My Boots festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama from May 16-18, 2025.
